It measures the alignment of the initiative with existing policy frameworks in the country. In addition, the scalability of the initiative to other realities and geographies is valued.
The project promoted the creation of a multi-sectoral platform within CONAN to integrate agrobiodiversity conservation into sectoral policies during their implementation.
This measures how well the objectives and goals set out in the initiative were fulfilled, as well as the extent to which the results achieved are attributable to the actions implemented by the initiative.

Maintaining institutional ties despite political and personnel turnover
Despite changes in authorities due to national elections and staff turnover in the ministry involved, the project maintained its implementation through direct cooperation with producer associations and local organizations, mitigating risks of discontinuity.
Participation in local fairs strengthens the competitiveness of agrobiodiversity products
Faced with the difficulties these products had in competing in the market, an active presence at local fairs made it possible to demonstrate their nutritional benefits and improve the commercial links of the associations.
Participatory certification promotes the economic autonomy of indigenous communities
The formation of a local ecological certification body allowed Guarani producers to access public school purchases and strengthen their cultural and economic identity.
A differentiated gender approach increases the effective participation of women in value chains
The strategies of the gender and generational plans increased the participation of women from 43% to 49% in conservation and management of species, and up to 52% in marketing.
