Colombia: Resolution 96 of 2025 - Guidelines for the implementation of the Annual Agricultural Risk Management Plans (PAGRA) and other provisions

This resolution sets the strategic guidelines the Ministry of Agriculture will use to steer its Annual Agricultural Risk Management Plans. It links three complementary incentives (an agricultural insurance premium subsidy, a capitalization incentive for risk-management investments, and an integral risk-management incentive) alongside recovery credit lines for producers hit by climate, health, or market shocks.
