General Fishing Regulations

Agreement No.1098-01. The purpose of these regulations is to establish the specific norms for the correct application and compliance of the fishing law; whose specific objective is the conservation and propagation of the fluvial, lacustrine and marine fauna and flora of the country, its exploitation, commercialization and industrialization.
