Law on the Integral Development of Indigenous Peoples (Law No. 301)

The law is based on the Comprehensive Development Plan for Indigenous Peoples, which will be a guide for the development of policies, programs and projects, as well as for the inclusion of the priorities of indigenous peoples in the Governments Strategic Plan.
